If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition which have not been WORN, SCRATCHED orWASHED.
If the item is out of stock, we'll notify you right away. All merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate a reason for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to customer.
You may return merchandise by mail within 30 DAYS (see exceptions below) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a full refund LESS shipping. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange. Your feedback is very important to us!
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

The wholesale orders are non refundable as these are prepared according to the peculiar requirements of each customer. unless the items arrive damaged. Please email us in 48 hours about damaged or incorrect items with codes and quantities. Please purchase a few samples before making LARGE WHOLESALE ORDERS.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. Insurance & delivery confirmation on returns is strongly recommended. All refunds will be awarded upon return of the merchandise in proper condition.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM AEST will begin processing on the following Monday.
